"MABINAY CELEBRATES LOVE MONTH WITH HEARTWARMING MASS WEDDING"
In a joyful and
momentous event, the municipality of Mabinay hosted a grand mass wedding
in celebration of Love Month. The ceremony, held on February 13, brought
together a number of couples who had long wanted to legalize their relationship
but were unable to afford the costs associated with a traditional wedding. The
mass wedding allowed these couples to express their love and commitment to one
another in a genuine and significant way.
The event took place in
the Lingganay Area, which was chosen for its open space and accessibility. The
mass wedding was a lovely representation of Mabinay's dedication to its
community. It was attended by local officials, including Mayor Ernie Jango Uy, Vice
Mayor Doc Joeterry Abada Uy, and Vice Mayor Ma. Isabella "Maisa"
Sagarbarria. These officials played a vital role in making the event a reality,
ensuring that every detail had been meticulously planned to make the ceremony
as memorable as possible.
For numerous couples in Mabinay, this mass wedding was both a legal and sentimental event. They exchanged vows in front of their families, friends, and community, symbolizing their commitment to each other and to creating a future together. Everyone in the municipality celebrated their love, reflecting Mabinay's strong sense of community.
