123RD PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE ANNIVERSARY
The program was hosted by the DSWD Office and
began with a prayer, the Philippine National Anthem, and the Mabinay Hymn.
Since the DSWD Office was unable to provide a report, the HR Designate of
Training offered an overview of the celebration, which included the wearing of
IDs, forging the signature of the department head, issuing travel orders,
granting leave, implementing the no-smoking policy, using biometrics, and
wearing helmets.
Following opening remarks from Mrs. Minerva
Novera, HR Designate for Records, an inspirational message by Hon. Elan N.
Cadayday was given, "Performance management involves embracing employees’
strengths and being open to innovative ideas for a total commitment that is
paramount to reaching the ultimate performance, and the highest levels of
performance come to people who are centered, intuitive, creative, and
reflective—people who know to see a problem as an opportunity.
After the message is an in-depth discussion of the Amendment to Omnibus Rules on Leave (CSC MC No. 41 s. 1998, as amended) and the Orientation of Job Orders in General given by the HR Designate on Training, Mrs. Lucrecia C. Nicolas. If they are in the field, Tonny Bajao from the engineering office inquired about their time in and out. Additionally, clarifications were offered to keep the meeting calm.
The mayor of our municipality, "Ernie T. Uy,” likewise emphasized the importance of doing the assigned work well. Additionally, Sir Dindo Amoganda announced the Buglasan and cheer dance schedules. Mrs. Lucrecia Nicolas led the group in prayer before the meeting adjourned.
